At Guided, we build real-time agents that keep the wheels of the transportation industry spinning. Our AI works across voice, text and legacy systems to handle all the messy manual touch points needed to move anything from anywhere to anywhere.
We’re backed by Sequoia, growing fast and working with leading transport companies. To keep pace, we’re hiring multiple full stack engineers to build the product layer that powers our AI agents — from APIs and data pipelines to deployment frameworks and monitoring. You’ll help architect the systems that allow our AI to act autonomously, reliably, and at scale.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship full-stack features that bring our AI agents to life: from dashboards to data pipelines to voice and messaging interfaces
- Ingest and structure real-world data across calls, TMS’s and other sources of real world data into pipelines that power agents and analytics.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows and turn pain points into features
- Test, monitor, and tune systems in production to ensure speed and reliability
You’ll thrive here if you...
- Are an expert with our stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Python
- Are obsessive about product, often working nights and weekends in the pursuit of building something great
- Use speed as a weapon: prototype, ship, learn, repeat in hours or days
- Are comfortable wearing multiple hats — infra, UX, devops, whatever it takes
- Work best in-person, surrounded by energy, speed, and ownership
This isn’t for you if you...
- Need highly scoped tickets to get started
- Optimise for technical purity over real-world outcomes
- Dislike user discovery, being onsite and learning from customers
- Prefer remote work: as an early stage startup, we believe in person collaboration is key
Why Guided?
- Real-world impact: Our agents interact with drivers, brokers, and dispatchers daily — this is not a research sandbox but responsible for moving freight in the real world.
