We’re backed by Sequoia, growing fast and working with leading transport companies. To scale our outbound, we are hiring a founding SDR to own the first touch point with our French customers — from building the funnel to qualifying interest to booking demos.
This role is for someone who is extremely ambitious and willing to do the hard work to learn how GTM works in a high growth, early stage startup.
The role
- Own the top of our sales funnel: identify leads, make 100+ calls, send emails, follow up — repeat
- Be the voice of Guided to our prospects, qualifying interest and booking meetings
- Speak fluently about how AI can transform the logistics and transportation industry
- Work with the founders to experiment with messaging, outbound strategy, and scale what works
- Build and manage your own pipeline with speed and tenacity

- Thrive on outbound: you’re energised by making as many calls a day as it takes to get the job done
- Are extremely ambitious: you are not looking to stay in this role for long and put in the effort to execute but also learn every step of the GTM journey from messaging to demos to closing
- Take ownership over the entire pipeline, starting with demos booked but quickly going far beyond
- Use speed as a weapon to outperform peers
